These Terms of Service apply to any operator, administrator, or authorised user who accesses Space Control.io software (the "Service") provided by Cross Sonic. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation.
You agree to use Space Control.io only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Account details must be kept accurate and up to date.
Space Control.io is sold on a subscription basis, quoted individually for each space. Fees are invoiced according to the agreed billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all data you and your members upload to the Service. By using Space Control.io you grant Cross Sonic a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Space Control.io platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Cross Sonic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination you may export your data for a period of 30 days. After that period we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cross Sonic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
